21K
The course starts in the city centre, and the first part of the race takes you through Gamla Väster and Malmö City. After the city section, you enter the beautiful Kungsparken and Slottsparken. This is followed by the course’s only notable incline up towards Malmö Opera, then around Pildammsparken before returning to Slottsparken. A long straight stretch leads along Limhamnsvägen down to Limhamns Sjöstad — by this point, you’ve already covered half the distance! In Limhamns Sjöstad the course runs along the waterfront, followed by a long straight section along Ribban. Towards the end, you run along the seaside promenade in Västra Hamnen, where you’ll see Malmö’s landmark, the Turning Torso. From Dockan it’s time to kick into the final sprint towards Varvsstaden, where you’ll be welcomed across the finish line.
